Race Use Disclaimer

Products sold by NXTGEN FAB are intended for off-road and competition use only. Many of our products (driveshaft loops, battery boxes, race brackets) are designed to meet NHRA safety specifications for sanctioned drag racing events. Installation should be performed by a qualified professional, and customers are responsible for verifying compliance with the sanctioning body of their specific event.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from NXTGEN FAB, you acknowledge that motorsport activities are inherently dangerous. NXTGEN FAB's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, use beyond intended specifications, or racing accidents.

Pre-Order Terms

Most NXTGEN FAB products are made-to-order. Lead times are typically 14-21 business days from payment confirmation. We will provide order updates via email. If lead times need to extend, you will be notified and may request a refund.
